Visa fee paid but MRV receipt not received

Hi,

I have paid the visa fee for the H4 visa appointment. I haven't received the MRV receipt, but it has been activated and populated on the visa appointment website. I am able to schedule the appointment also.
But in the list of documents checklist, it was mentioned that i need to carry MRV fee paid receipt. What do i need to carry?

Not needed. It is an automated process now.
