xyzineedinfo
I work as a full time employee in tcs, and they have appointed in as Production support analyst at Citi groups. I have my masters degree in information systems and my bachelors degree is in Computer engineering. and I am on my opt, first year right now. I have been offered a contract job in prudential financial as a Business analyst. they talked to some agency for me, so agency will build a contract for me and sponsor my h1 visas in next year. The agency's name is The resource Collaborative. Should i go for it? i heard that lot of BA applications have been denied in past years. i also heard that as I do not have any finance background i might be in trouble in future. so what precautions i should take if i want to take up this contract job? or shall i go for it at all? i am mainly worried about my h1 visas. they both are willing to file one. but i am not sure about the resource coll.'s capability and strength on visa filing. what questions i should ask them before moving further? JoeF
On H1, you can not have a contract job. You have to be an employee, and the employer has to control your work. Job agencies can not file H1s Link to comment
