I am on F1 STEM OPT - My wife is applying for F1 UNCC

I need some advise on my circumstance. I am currently on F1 STEM OPT ending April 2020 and H1B application is under RFE (reply sent). My wife is in India and applied for B1/B2 visa in August and it got rejected (VO only asked about my visa status and university). My wife is currently working in india. Now she got admit from UNCC and we want to apply for F1 visa. How does my circumstances affect her chances of getting F1 rejected? Also is non-immigrant intent will be an issue? Any advise or lead would be helpful for us. Thanks.

Agree with Noah,,, Non-immigrant intent is a big issues for F1 stamping.  Moreover, you have applied for H1 which shows a dual intent.  Your wife has to show strong ties, and good reason to go back to home country to get a F1 visa.
