Sachin Vashishth
Hi, Just a brief, I am working on EVC model got RFE for Employer-Employee relationship. My employer submitted client letters from implementation vendor as well as from client along with SOW. But got denial even after that. So here can anybody suggest me what are the other necessary documents need to be submitted to make your case stronger while responding for this RFE or refiling? Thanks Link to comment
JoeF
Find another employer, direct employment or EC. Anything with middle vendors is doomed. Link to comment
H1b_Waiter
End Client Letter has to be clearly mentioned with all the vendors involved and their contractual agreements and relationship. Along with other terms and conditions. Link to comment
Chicagom34
Your company attorneys should know what documents to submit for these kinds of RFE's nothing for you to do. Link to comment
02112018
There will be a seperate doc about emp - employer relationship on how did your employer hired you, how many yrs your working for him, what about current project , duration, etc. This is the doc you have to submit if you do MTR, you may get approval. Sachin Vashishth
My employer shared RFE with me, apart from Employer to Employee relationship RFE says something about an additional fee which is attached here. What's the significance of this fee can somebody explain this? Link to comment
JoeF
That's a fee that the employer is required to pay. It looks like they didn't do that. That employer seems to be rather incompetent. As I said in my other post on this thread, find another employer. One who actually knows the laws or hires a lawyer to handle these things. Link to comment
