Instructions for H4 and H4 EAD Concurrent Filing

Hi Everyone,

I am working on OPT EAD and trying to apply for H4 and H4 EAD at the same time as my EAD is expiring in few months. I am aware that we can file for both at the same time, but I am unable to understand how the H4 status can be proved in the H4 EAD application.

I was looking at the checklist in USCIS website and it clearly states that I need to submit proof of my H4 status, which I cannot in this case.

Can anyone please help me out?

Any help would be much appreciated.

You can apply for COS to H-4 and H-4 EAD concurrently. I did that for my spouse. Both will be reviewed same time.
