Either getting married at India and then file petition or going to US on existing B1/B2 and get married at USA followed by Status change? Link to comment

He has permanent resident Green Card. I am Christian and we married in the court in India do recommend we have a ceremony in us due to the changes about Hindu marriage or any other threat ? What threats to Marriage under the Indian Marriage Act do you foresee? @OP A delayed response. But get married in India and come over with Consular Processing and an Immigration visa. Link to comment
