I left USA on sep 4th this year due to domestic violence. I couldn’t take my two year old son with me as my husband didn’t give my son to me. “The boy is Indian born”. Now neither my husband is not ready to give me papers for my visa extension nor he is not ready to sing the travel consent for my son so that my parents can get my baby back to India. my son’s h4 and i94 are expired. My husband said he had applied i94 extension and is under process. Even my husband’s visa and i94 are expired. He only has his i797 extension till 2020. I want my son’s custody what are the steps that I have to follow in order to get my baby back. Link to comment
