H1B Rfe

My H1b got an rfe for not having IT background, I did my bachelors, masters1 in Electrical and currently on Masters2 in IT. I got an RFE to show how my Masters1 and bachelors are related to the work.

Thanks for the info. You should work with your employer and their attorneys to respond to the RFE. Your education credentials  need in depth review and your employer and their attorneys need to find an optimal strategy to respond to RFE. 

Chances of denial are high and your employer would need to prove that you are eligible for the job offered to you.

USCIS is now asking how Electrical degrees are related to IT, which makes sense and was not strictly enforced before.
