jusbala
I have approved I140 (Eb2) with PD Dec 2010 from my previous employer. My Perm has been approved recently with my current employer and he is ready to file I140. After looking at last month Visa Bulletin where EB3 "Date of Filing" has surpassed EB2 and the predictions are that the dates for EB3 are more likely to move faster than EB2. Right now I am in dilemma which category to apply in EB2 vs EB3? Any suggestions are appreciated. Link to comment

care_candidate
That's right. Based on trend, your date is likely to become current in next few months. Start preparing for documentations for concurrently filing I-140 and I-485 and contact attorney. Link to comment
