Hi

I changed from client A to client B last year and filed for an amendment. Got a RFE on that this year and filed response 2 months back. It's been almost 11 months since the amendment filed.

Since my actual Visa is getting expired., I got my extension filed for client B and got an approval for client B.

Do I have to go out of country and get a new stamping if my amendment gets denied once I am in my extended period?

Or I can stay since I have an approved petition with same i94 extension as well?
