First H1-B stamping from Vancouver, Canada

Hello Everyone,

I am currently on F1 STEM OPT Extension valid until  Feb 15, 2019. My H1B application was submitted as consular processing. It got approved recently and received I797B where consulate is mentioned as "New Delhi". But, I would like to go to Vancouver, Canada consulate to get my first H1-B stamping rather than travel to India for stamping. I would like to know what risks I am looking for in getting the stamping? Is it possible to get the stamping from Vancouver although consulate is mentioned as New Delhi? I would really appreciate if anyone has similar experience which they can share. It's really urgent.
