sannisha Posted October 13, 2018 Report Share Posted October 13, 2018 Hi , My wife has H4 VISA and currently staying in USA and her company decided to file her L1 B VISA and change of status from H4 VISA to L1B VISA . She still has I-94 valid on H4 VISA till Oct 2019 , my question is, if she decides to visit India before Oct 2019 will her I-94 on H4 VISA stamping will be good to travel back to USA or will she have to go for a fresh VISA stamping on L1 B VISA?
