I travelled to my home country on Aug/22/2018 and i came back to USA on Sep/24/2018. So my latest max-out date is Sep/01/2019. My employer filed Labor on Aug/25/2018 ( the day i reached on my home country ) . Can you let me know my labor is filed on 5th year (or) 6th year. Kindly advice. Link to comment
