Jay2021 Posted October 12, 2018 Report Share Posted October 12, 2018 I have been working in Canada from past 1 year. 4 months ago I traveled from India to Cananda via connecting flight from USA. I used my currently stamped H1B visa for transiting at the PoE in US airport and took the flight from US to Canada in 2/3 hours. Now I am applying for L1A visa. My question is will this transit conflict with 1 year outside employment rule for L1A. Please help. Link to comment
