H1B Denied, what are my chances for next year with same employer

Hello Everyone,

My H1b got denied after replying to the RFE. My Company won't disclose the reason for denial. Can my current lawyer get a positive result for next year (if it gets picked in lottery). Please let me know my options. 

Also what can be possible reason for denial ? I am a full time employee with a big company in USA currently on OPT.

We can't know what the denial reason was. You'd have to ask the company HR/lawyer.

And unless they address the issue, a new petition would get denied again. Find a better employer, who is more open.

My company is a big company and they have this policy that they won't tell us the reason.... Lawyer told me that they will apply for next year h1b keeping in mind the denial reason. Apart from that I have no idea what will they do about my case or if they can get an approval for me. I dont know if I will ever get approval with my current employer

which center your case belongs to?

First H1b attempt, I am not sure about reason for RFE, the lawyer asked me to submit detailed job responsibilities. My case was handled by Vermont center. How does this help ?
