aries008
Hi, I am with Employer#2 and they filed for my I140 , I got NOID for 2 reasons- 1. Establish Education Credentials (We are going to submit the Evaluation Letter) and 2. Submit a Copy of revoked I140 letter from Employer#1. I was not even aware that Employer#1 has revoked my previous I140 in August 2017. USCIS Website shows the revocation letter was posted to Employer#1 but was not collected so it was dispatched back to USCIS. My Employer#1/ his Attorney are not responding not cooperating. Is there any other means by which I can get a copy of revoked I-140 letter and submit it to USCIS?? Has anybody experienced this issue? Any help/suggestion is greatly appreciated. Thank You! pontevecchio
2. The I-140 is the domain of the company which applied. You are not supposed to be involved in any way and you are not expected to get a copy of the revocation. Let the lawyers earn their keep. Link to comment
