mahal123
My H1B was extended till Oct 2019 from company A. I moved to new client with same company and filed amendment. The amendment was denied. Then in 30 days I filed H1B transfer to company B in Mar 2018 and joined on receipt. Currently working with company B and H1B transfer is still under processing (its been 6.5 months since applied). Company A has revoked my H1B. 1. Is my I94 still valid till Oct 2019 2. Can I file another transfer petition to Company C if my current transfer to Company B gets denied. 3. Can I file another transfer petition to Company C when my current petition is under processing. 4. Since I am currently working on receipt, is there any time line to work on receipt. Will 240 days rule apply in my case. Link to comment
NihaP
240 days rule will apply from ur i94 expiry date which will be after oct 2019. As you have you're H1 till oct 2019 you can apply transfer with in 60 days if B gets denied. Yes you can transfer to company c and that comes under transferring. Link to comment
