Roykapur
Hi, My H1B was approved with denial notice of extension of stay. New h1b and I worked on cpt. I know I should travel to India and my cpt ends in December 2019. Can I work on cpt or I need to attend stamping and work on the new employment cancelling my cpt Link to comment
JoeF
That CPT is the issue. It seems to be fraudulent, which makes you out of status. You have to stop working. Link to comment

USCIS has clearly determined that you are out of status, otherwise they would have approved the H1 as COS. That means that you have to stop working on the CPT. Link to comment
