Name misspelled in my I797-B approval notice

Hello,

My first name misspelled in my I797-B approval form. My employer submitted  service request for name change and submitted request completed in 2 days.

But case status not changed  to "NAME WAS UPDATED "and my employer received email stating that "They are reviewing my case ".

Please let me know .Is there any harm to my  approved petition?

Not really, it sounds like an clerical error they should be able to fix it.
