rachita.dhawan
I am currently employed at company A from the last 8 years and have an approved i 140 that was applied in 2013. If i convert my H1B to H4 now, can my employer revoke I-140? Once i find a new employer after a year or so, can they use my previous I-140 to get the uncapped H1B? Will they first need to apply for my I-140? Link to comment
