H1 Transfer along with H4 to F1 Status Change?

My wife is studying full time on H4 VISA. We started the process for status change from H4 to F1. But now I found an exciting job opportunity.

What would happen if I transfer H1 alone and leave the H4 as is? Will it trouble the status change process?

Or Can I transfer the H4 as well without affecting the F1 Status change process?

You can leave H-4 as it is. Just do your H-1 transfer.
