I-130 and I-485 concurrently with parents who are currently in US on visitor visa

I have heard that family based immigration cases are getting rejected these days. Is this correct?
Any advice on the I-130 and I-485 filing for my parents who arrived in US 1 month ago on visitor visa.

What part of applying via Consular Processing, or B2 visa fraud did you not understand from previous posts?

Family based cases CANNOT be rejected. But coming here in B2 and then trying to change status is silly . What part of "Consular Processing is fool proof" do you not understand?
