DivB Posted October 2, 2018 Report Share Posted October 2, 2018 I'm on H4 currently. while I was on H1b, I had my perm approved and valid til Nov 2018 . Can my ex employer file for I140 for me ,when I'm not on their payroll? What liability would it impose on them if they do so. Link to comment
