Its been an year we got married and am planning to apply H4 visa for both my wife and step daughter. Will there be any complications to get h4 visa for my step daughter? I also adopted my step daughter in India and my wife also has full custody of the child. Wanted to know if there will be any issues in getting my step daughters h4 visa? Link to comment
