Can I go back to my home country ( India ) and use dropbox facility to get H4 visa stamped using my Spouse H1B petition which is approved till 2021? Only one eligibility criteria on which I have a doubt is I have no refusals for a visa in any class after my most recent visa issuance---> Is H4 petition denial considered in this case as it's not a visa ?? Petition denial is not same as visa denial. Both are different. Link to comment
