DivB Posted October 1, 2018 Report Share Posted October 1, 2018 I'm currently on H4 and have a previous H1b valid until Jan 2019. Can my previous employer reinstate my H1b and find me an offer? Can this Cos be done in premium or will the premium suspension apply yo this too. Link to comment

DivB Posted October 1, 2018 Author Report Share Posted October 1, 2018 Thank you . Is it possible that the employer can file for I140 while I'm on H4? My perm is approved and valid till mid Nov 2018. My company says 140 is employment based. but do I have to be on their payroll right now to be able to proceed with the filing. Please advise,. Link to comment
