EB1 eligibility on H1B by former employer

Hi All,

Need your help with my EB1 eligibility by my former employer.

I worked for former employer A for 5 years in India in a managerial role and then moved to US on H1B with employer B in October 2016.

Now my former employer A has expressed interest in employing me again in a managerial role.

Question: Can former employer A apply for EB1 GC because I was employed with them for at least an year in last three years?
