hemalatha7 Posted September 30, 2018 Report Share Posted September 30, 2018 My spouse is on L1 visa and applied for My EAD on june13 2018, Today (sep 30th) I got RFE document requesting to send the below documents. ---> pay stubs of 4 months before applying EAD(LEAVE and Earnings doc) He was not is USA for 4 months before I applying for My EAD ,we both of us came on same time and applied my EAD immediately.In this case what we need to do? xTDx Posted October 1, 2018 Report Share Posted October 1, 2018 Be truthful and send what you have. If you do not have what USCIS is requesting, then send USCIS the explanation of lacking paperwork. There is no work around here. Link to comment
