ConfusedAnalee Posted September 30, 2018 Report Share Posted September 30, 2018 Hi, my i485 and i140 was concurrently filed on june 2016 and while its filed i married and amended my 485 to include my husband. He already submitted his own 485 and 693 on june 2018 but until now sept 2018 he still has not received his notice of action and biometrics appt. i already received letter from uscis that they are ready to schedule me for interview. My worry is why until now my husband confirmation from uscis is not received. Does this mean he will be having separate interview after i was interviewed? Please advise i dont want to leave him behind. Link to comment
