Urgent help!! Minor with initial 5 years passport travel question?

Hi,

My daughter is 4 years old and have her initial five year US passport, We got it done when she was 5 months old. Her passport is valid until Aug 2019 and It has Indian visitor visa valid until Sep 2019 on it. So documentation wise its all good. 

My question is that we are traveling in November 2018 to India. Since she has grown a lot now so just wondering if there can be any issues with identification between the passport picture and herself right now? She resembles to the 5 month old picture very well but just want to rule out this concern. Please provide your expert feedback on the matter.

There should not any issues, unless a person has a major facial transformation due to surgery etc.
