Revocation notice was Sent on Approved H1B

Hi,

I have an approved H1B petition. My employer got NOIR(Notice indicating intent to revoke the previous approval decision) in April which they responded. Now I have seen online the status of my receipt number "Revocation Notice was sent". Although my employer has not received the notice from USCIS as of today. 

Request you please answer following questions:

1. Can I do H1B transfer to another employer basis my original approved I797?

2. Will USCIS send updated I797 with this revocation status? My employer is not sharing these details with me.

I think you can transfer as long as you have original approved i797.

Even my case was similar. My h1 was filed and approved with employer A. Then employer revoked my h1 and then i transferred to another employer B.
