EAD renewal after i-94 extension

Hi,

I applied for my wife's EAD in January 2018. Our i-94 (status) was vaild till October 2018. In June 2018 we received her EAD whose validity was again till October 2018. Since then, my passport has been renewed and my i-94 is also valid till Nov 2020. Now when I am applying for renewal EAD, do i need to pay the $410 fee again ? Can that be waived considering that EAD issued was valid only for 4 months?

You mean she applied. It will not be waived.
