I'm changing my end client with in same location and they are doing the paperword with Company B name. I'm planning to go to India and get my visa stamped, do I have to go for ammendment for the employer merger ? What kind of supporting documents I can show at consulate, My employer saying we can go for stamping with same company A, IS THIS LEGAL ? Please let me know if anyone knows this? 02112018 Posted September 27, 2018 Report Share Posted September 27, 2018 When the employer company or client merged with any other company, then carry the details (date of merge & other documents) from your employer and be ready to explain why, how, when is it merged and what's the new name of the company, etc details. Even my client merged with someone and came up with new name and I downloaded all stuff from my client website about merge and new name and etc. Link to comment
