SudhBasu Posted September 26, 2018 Report Share Posted September 26, 2018 Hello, I have to travel to India in Nov 18 for 15 days, however my H1B amendment has got the RFE and we have submitted the response in August and still didn't get the result of that (I do have my Visa stamped till 31st Aug 2019), so is it advisable to travel on the receipt notice to India?? SudhBasu Posted October 3, 2018 Author Report Share Posted October 3, 2018 Sorry for the confusion, I am talking about only one Visa (H1B) i have the valid stamping till 2019, Aug. My client location was changed last year and for that my LCA was filed and for the same i got RFE which is still in progress. I do have the receipt notice for the same, so i wanted to check will it be ok if i can travel to India for my vacation and come back. Link to comment
