H1-B stamping on Receipt Notice

Hello,

I've joined a new company (Company B) on receipt notice. Prior to joining company B, I had an extension of stay approved with company A until 2021 but I did not go abroad to get my visa stamped. My passport has an H1-b visa stamp which expired 8/2018. If I travel to India before my company B hears back from USCIS, can I get my visa stamped with i-797A from Company A and the receipt notice from company B?

No you cannot do that. You need to wait for approval of company B I-797.
