Pinkycutie Posted September 25, 2018 Report Share Posted September 25, 2018 1. I have my Opt valid until July 5th 2020 and my I94 expires on March 31 2019. Do i have to get my h1b visa stamped before my i94 expires? 2. if i don’t use my h1 until 2020, will i lose 2 years of my h1 or does it kick off only when i start working on h1? 3. If I had to go to India before I start working on H-1B , do I have to go visa stamping or can I come back on Opt? Link to comment
