The distance between C1 address and our home is less than 15 miles. Does my spouse's employer needs to file H1B amendment for this? Link to comment

NotAnAttorney Posted September 25, 2018 Report Share Posted September 25, 2018 Location is not the only deciding factor. the terms of her petition have changes, as such the client, the address, may be the pay, the job duties , the project scope, duration etc. So her employer is required to file for her amendment.
