lazzycoder Posted September 24, 2018 Report Share Posted September 24, 2018 My employer recently filed for Amendment for new Client/new location and current my case for new location/client is under processing, my previous H1B visa I797 and I94 is valid till April 2020. But he didn't filed for my H4 Dependent at that time and my dependent on H4 is having valid visa stamping from India till April 2020 on my earlier approved petition. Due to some personal emergency they(dependent on H4) had to travel to India two months back: Can they travel to US on earlier stamped valid visa from earlier approved petition ? Link to comment
