Based on my H1b Experience

Based on my  experience, few points  for you guys!

1. Don't join a company with low resources such as few client, few marketers etc. It is going to haunt you. Try to make your life easy by joining a big good company or get the idea clear that you are asking for difficulties that can come in form of salary, respect, security etc.

2. If moving from f1 to h1: Try to stay on f1 if you don't find a good company. It is much much easier to stay or extend the f1 visa by just joining another program (there are many option please research) at your current or different University than to transfer you h1b from company A to B.

3. Develop the current skills in demand in the market. Then apply for good opportunities and make your and companies life good.

4. In case, if you have to go back, you still have good chance to get back to f1 by going to consulate  (also, in this case, luck is needed, regardless of what is your case.)
