I-94 Expired on 4/23/2018(H4)

We travelled to India in Apr 2016 and came back on Jun 2016. We got I-94 until Jun 2019.
After that me alone travelled to India and came back on Dec 2016, I got I-94 until 4/23/2018 and we didn't notice passport expiry date and I-94 expiry date. I renewed the passport on Jun 2018 and we noticed the I-94 date by today only. I-94 was also expired on Apr 23, 2018.
But h4 visa is there until Jun 2019.

Please advice us to get the process for renewing I-94 date on the new passport.

Go back to India, apply for a new H4 visa, and then come back to the US. You must leave the US before 10/20/2018 (180 days after your I-94 expired) to not trigger a ban. You must get a new visa because your existing visa was voided by INA 222(g) since you stayed past the date on your I-94, and it also means that you can only apply for US visas in your country of nationality from now on.
