subb.appu123@gmail.com Posted September 22, 2018 Report Share Posted September 22, 2018 Need guidance for my issue, Amend+extension petition filed in July 2017, RFE received sep 2017 and replied in Dec2017, Service request filed in June 2018 which is generic response, on Whole petition still pending. Returned to india in dec2017 due to personal reasons ,Now with premium processing stopped kindly suggest what i can do for this petition. All petitions filed along and after me are either approved/rejected. Why delay for my case..any thoughts pls Link to comment
