Got an offer with Company B and they applied for H1B transfer and it got rejected with Premium Processing. Now company B says that are willing to file H1B again with normal processing. Please let me know in extreme case if the H1B transfer gets rejected for the second time with Company B will it affect during H1B extension with Company A. Link to comment

The details of Company B vs Company A Role, SOC codes etc details matter just in general context. During Company A H1 renewal the rejection you had for Company B's petition will not hold any bar. What Company A has filed as your Role, Job description, SOC codes, Title change(if any), your skills will be prime factors. Link to comment
