Currently on H1B valid till Feb 2019.Filed I539 & I765 concurrently.Long processing time

I am currently working on H1B visa valid till feb 2019(5 months remaining) . My husband has approved I-140 , so i have concurrently filed H1 to H4 COS & H4 EAD. 

Petitions are being processed at VERMONT center .I539 processing time is 12-15 months and I-756 processing time is 2.5 -5 Months.  

is it advisable to withdraw I-539/I-765 both, travel back to India and get H4 stamping done ? after H4 stamping come back to US and file new H4 EAD  ?
