How to keep my I-140 valid if my company go out of business?

Currently I'm in H1b visa. 
I filed I-140 and I-485 concurrently less than two months ago, and get my I-140 approved. 
My company (company A) may go out of business, while the 180 days is not passed yet. 
I know that I can keep my I-140 if I moved to company B, as long as company A did not withdraw it. 

My questions are: 
1- If I moved to company B before the 180 days, and my original company didn't withdraw the I-140, Can I keep my I-140 in this case, even if my company A get out of business. 
2- The same question as 1, except that company A still exist to continue sell software, but doesn't develop it (I work as developer) does this make any difference.
