Omkar
My I94 with Employer A expired on 08/12/2018 and Employer A has filed extension in regular processing. USCIS received my case for H1 xfer from Employer B on 08/13/2018. Questions: 1. Do i still need the extension with Employer A to get approved in order for me to work for Employer B? Is this still considered as 'Bridge of Continuity' 2. Do i need to go out of the country and get my VISA stamped with Employer B? 3. If i need VISA stamping, can i get it done from Canada instead of flying to India? What would be the PRO's and CON's? Link to comment
iraaj2000
I had the similar situation, got the RFE for transfer asking extension approval document from company A. transfer got approved after company A extension approval. Link to comment
