EB1 Concurrent - 140 Approved, Job change

HI Sir,

 

My EB1c 140 is approved

EB1C 485 pending, Medical RFE came, Responded back, USCIS online status changed to Response received

Approved EAD & AP from pending 485

My company was not doing good so they reduced the team size and i got the impact. I got another job in another company in same capacity. Do i need to file supplement J or any other document. Please suggest.

I suggest involving a lawyer with your specifics. If your AOS was pending 6 months or more, you may be OK.
