RFE + Change Project + Grace period

Hi 

My case is I have to change client C1 to C2. But my employer is not getting changed. I have got an RFE on the valid employee-employer relationship. I am working with an end client having 4 layers. Can anybody please advise me what needs to be done. I am working here on 240 days grace period.

4 layers? is this some indian body shopping company ? do not waste time here.., talk to your attorney and body shopping employer and they should find a way out for you.

Your employer needs to get a copy of MSA, SOW, client letter and your employers org structure with other relevant documents

Avoid middle layers. Can your employer show up at the end client and ask to be shown what you are working on? If not, then there is no employer-employee relationship.

You don't do anything. Employer and/or their attorneys handle RFEs.  It's an employer's petition and they're responsible for dealing with USCIS. 

On the surface, this looks like a bad desi body shop involved in shady practices with all those layers.
