Hi,

My H1B ext approved beyond 6 years by mistake though labor or I-140 is not applied.

I will max out 6 years by Feb 5th 2019 but my ext approved till sep 20 2019. Just wondering if this would cause an issue.

Also please note that I already applied for H4 COS thinking that my H1 will be maxed out by february 2019.

What are the next steps, should I inform USCIS of this or leave it since I already applied for change of status?
