HNSC processing time for same client and location

Hi,

My H1B extension got denied and I have 2 more years left in H1 so my employer agreed to file HNSC. Now I want to know whether I can apply HNSC through same employer and same client & location.

Please clarify the below points

1) can I apply for the same client & location with same contract(SOW)

2) what are the points to be taken care related to the job duties

3) what is the probability to get approval for the same client 

4) what is the processing time
