USworkerx Posted September 15, 2018 Report Share Posted September 15, 2018 I am working on H1B VISA, My employer XYZ forcing me assign addendum which says, I need to work with them for three years, if I resign within three years then I need to pay them $20,000, I asked them to send addendum in email and they said they do not send any electronic copy. I joined in that company in Oct'17 and my current visa expiring in Feb'19, right now they need file my H1B extension, so they forcing me to assign above addendum before they file H1B extension, can you please suggest what should I do now.
